Defender 90

Marsland Defender 90 Chassis fully manufactured by Autostructures UK Limited (formally GKN Autostructures Ltd), using pressed C-section chassis rails/legs. Every Defender Marsland chassis is built using the same materials, processes & quality control techniques as were stipulated at the time of Original Equipment Manufacture. Chassis’ come with anti-roll bar brackets, gear box crossmember and rear body/tub mounts as standard.

Rear Crossmember
All Defender chassis’ are built using 1999-2016 model year rear crossmember (latest specification)

A Frame Crossmember
A frame crossmember is built to 2009-2016 model year. Pre 2009 Defenders will need to discard the 2 brackets (crows feet) and use the later bush and bolts that come supplied with the chassis.

Front Outrigger
Front outriggers have the 1999-2016 stiffener fitted as standard.
