The Marsland Adapter bolt on billet kit. Working with worldwide companies already using our Marsland ADP chassis for engine conversions to both LS3 and LT1, Marsland developed a bolt in conversion kit to make the process as simple as possible. Our billet adapter kit has been carefully engineered to use the original stock 2007 onwards LT230 positioning, mounting of the kit uses already existing points on the chassis.

Marsland LS3 Engine Conversion Kit: Designed and manufactured to make your conversion to LS3 as simple as possible. The ideal custom product kit for your Marsland ADP chassis and engine conversion. The full LS3 bolt in kit compromises of billet adapter from GM 6L80 / 8L80 autobox to LT230 transfer box, billet gear lever mount to accept standard OE puma high/low/difflock lever and linkage – sits in the exact OE puma position. Teflon coated Quaife drive shaft, all transmission and engine mounts, under body shield plate.

Galvanising Important Update

Starting in September, our galvanisers will be changing our post galvanising passivation process. This is due to a new industry-wide regulation that prohibits the use of the chemical TIB Finish CH06, which was previously used to give our products a protective coating against water staining.

What’s Changing?

Our galvanisers have upgraded their passivation tank and will now be using an alternative polycoat finish. This new coating still ensures the same high level of durability and protection, but the final product will have a more natural galvanised finish (products will no longer have the shiny finish that usually lasts around 12 weeks as displayed in our images).

What Stays the Same?

Rest assured, our products will continue to be hot-dip galvanised to the highest standards BS EN ISO 1461, and their longevity will remain unaffected.
